Caprese

A simple and tasty recipe with tomato and mozzarella.


Ingredients
  • Mozzarella.
  • Large Tomatoes.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.

Cooking time: 15 min

Preparation:

  1. Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella.
  2. Lay the slices down onto a flat dish by alternating a mozzarella slice with a tomato slice.
  3. Season with olive oil and salt.

The alternation of mozzarella and tomato slices is at the heart of the caprese, don’t forget that!

Variations

You can lay the slices in a sandwitch, and it becomes a nice sandwich to pack in your lunch box!
